CodeHills collaborated with Fagro Düsseldorf GmbH on the Fagro platform, supporting the improvement of a professional recruitment and consulting website focused on connecting businesses with qualified commercial and technical talent. The project focused on strengthening both the technical foundation and the overall user experience of a platform representing an established, service-driven brand.
During the engagement, Danish helped resolve existing issues, made the website fully responsive, and reimplemented key functionalities to improve performance, usability, and reliability. He also established a GitHub-based CI/CD workflow, enabling smoother deployments and a more efficient development process. These improvements enhanced not only the website itself but also the long-term maintainability and delivery workflow behind the platform.
Beyond the initial development work, CodeHills continues to provide ongoing monthly maintenance and technical support to ensure stability, performance, and consistency across the platform. This ongoing collaboration also includes maintaining and improving the Carerix job synchronization functionality to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and properly structured job listings across the platform. Additional functionalities and enhancements are regularly integrated as the business evolves, helping the platform continuously improve its operational efficiency and user experience.
As part of the project’s ongoing evolution, Danish also developed AI-powered automation solutions to streamline communication and workflows between recruiters and talent. These AI agents helped automate parts of the recruitment coordination process, reducing manual effort while creating a faster and more efficient experience for both recruiters and candidates.
